Graphics Library Uploading
Not sure how to do Graphics Library uploading? This is a short and quick tutorial to get you uploading your images to the GL very fast!
First, make sure you images meet SBI requirements: - they should be smaller than 30kb whenever possible;
- they must end in one of these extensions: .gif ... .jpg ... .jpeg ... .png ... but the first two are the recommended extensions online and have less problems rendering and getting into SBI;
- file names must be all lower case;
- do not use other characters in the file name of the image; keep it alphanumeric, except you can use the dash - to separate words.
- do not use spaces in the file name of the image
When you upload via the GL, all the images will go into a subfolder called "images" so you will see this in urls produced from the GL within your pages if you view the HTML source code.
Click on Graphics Library Button in Site Central:

This is the view you will see then:

Then you will need to browse and find the image files you want to upload:

Windows likes to put an all cap extension on your images, so your file name may show like this: photo1.JPG but SBI needs it to be photo1.jpg ... one easy fix is to just scroll to the end of the Browse box, and change JPG to jpg Next, enter a short reminder name, something that helps to remind you of what the image is ... one word, lower case; and yes, you can run words together if you need more than one word to remind you.
You can see in my example below, in the right column how I entered "reminderword" as my reminder.
Once you have all the images set to upload and your reminder words in; you can click on the "Add These Graphics" button to upload them.

You should get this page after upload:

Congratulations, you have successfully uploaded your images to the Graphics Library!
