Linking To Your PDF File
Step by step tutorial with images on linking to your pdf file on your SBI site.
Now that you have the pdf stored into your domain, you can create a link to it on any page, when the link is clicked, the pdf will open automatically in the browser.
There are 2 ways you can link, you can put the html code for a link into a text block using this html code (just copy and paste):
Make sure you change
1. my file name of nameofpdffile.pdf to the real name of your uploaded pdf file!
2. the domain name of putyourdomainhere.com to your real domain and extension
3. the code is set to open a new window; if you do not want a new window to open, then remove the target="_blank" from the above code. Paste the edited code into a regular old text block, the body block if you are working on the home page, or the block available on the thank you or confirmation pages for FBI forms or Ezine signups.

Or you can use a text link block:

Keep in mind, when using text link blocks or linking from your Thank You or Confirmation Pages in FBI or Mailout Manager (MoM ... Ezine) you need to put the full url to the pdf (the absolute url) not a relative url.
A relative url doesn't contain the domain, an absolute url does; you also need to remember to include http:// at the beginning as well, the url I entered (an absolute url) was:
http://www.debstips.com/support-files/nameofpdf.pdf
To get the proper url of your pdf file, just go into Special File Manager, find the right entry and copy the url from there!

This is where you put the url to the pdf in:

I am now double-checking to be sure I also got the pdf file name correct:

Ok, you have now successfully linked to your pdf file!
You can confirm this by building your page, then go to it live at your domain.com name and clicking on the link.
This should have Adobe Reader launching (you do have it installed don’t you?) and the pdf file opening. If not, check your spelling, capitalization, etc. in your urls! Remember, all lower case!
