Naming Your PDF To Meet SBI Requirements
Next, you will be naming your pdf file to meet the requirements of SBI pdf uploads. You want to be sure your pdf is named properly for SBI to be able to handle it.
Keep in mind, pdf files (and all files you need to upload to SBI) must be lower case and not use any spaces in the file name. Keep it simple and make it alphanumeric only, no other characters at all unless you want to use hyphens between the words.
Take a moment now to rename it to comply with SBI requirements. The example I am using has capitals in the file name and I know SBI doesn’t like capitals, so I am going to rename the file to lower case.

On a PC, you can rename easily by locating the file, then right click on the file name, and select "Rename"

and then type in the proper lower case name you want to give your pdf file.
Please do not type in the extension of pdf, unless you see that extension and it allows you to edit the extension. In other words, if you don’t see “.pdf” in your file name already, just type in the actual pdf name, not the extension. If you see “.pdf” (without the quotes, of course) in the file name, then you will need to type in the extension.
You will notice in my examples, you can’t see the extension of “.pdf” so I don’t type it when renaming my file.

Then you will end up with the file name that meets SBI requirements:
