Marketing Your SiteOne of the pain in the 'you know what' that is an absolute must, is submitting to directories. This neat software tool will help you make the job a whole lot easier. It gives you the Google Pagerank of the directory, allows you to enter multiple titles, descriptions and keywords for your site, set up separate projects (great for those who have multiple sites), as well as keeps track of what you have submitted. You can try the free version with 350 directories, or go for the full version of over 1700. With a price of just under $50; it is well worth going for the full version. Brad Callen, creator of Directory Submitter, also created a 'how to' video to help you get up to speed quickly. This is one of the few tools I use and highly recommend for your marketing arsenal. Images, Photos & HTML I recommend iStockPhoto because they offer a huge variety of clip art and images, photos, etc. The cost is cheap, the photos are large (making them easy to work with for anything) and you don't have to worry about infringing anyone's copyright. Valet lets you see what your finished page looks like, with all includes in place ... just like it would look after you upload and build the page ... no more fixes after upload ... it's great.
